Footnotes and Disclaimers
1 GVWR (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating) is the maximum permissible weight of this fully loaded motorhome. The GVWR is equal to or greater than the sum of the (UVW) unloaded vehicle weight plus the (OCCC) occupant cargo carrying capacity. UVW and OCCC are found on the label containing the federal certification tag in each RV.
2 GAWR (Gross Axle Weight Rating) is the maximum permissible loaded weight a specific axle is designed to carry.
3 GCWR (Gross Combined Weight Rating) is the value specified by the motorhome manufacturer as the maximum allowable loaded weight of this motor home with its towed vehicle. Towing and braking capacities may be different. Refer to Fleetwood and chassis manufacturer's manuals for complete information.
4 The chassis manufacturer recommends the installation of a supplemental brake control system to activate the brakes on the vehicle or trailer you are towing. Hitch receiver ratings expressed are maximum for the hitch receiver installed and may require the purchase of additional equipment that is dependent on the weight of the towed load. Consult with hitch receiver manufacturer for further information.
5 Length measured from front bumper to rear bumper (excludes accessories).
6 Excludes safety equipment and awnings.
7 Motorhomes feature a body-width over 96" which will restrict your access to certain roads. Before purchasing, you should research any state and/or province road laws which may affect your usage.
8 Tank manufacturer's listed water capacity (WC). Actual propane capacity is 80% of water listing as required by the safety code.

The handing over of the vehicle will occur between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Happy Holidays will meet and greet you at the ferry terminal at Gibsons with you motorhome. Complimentary transfers (for rentals 10 days or more only) from the airport or airport/downtown hotels are arranged with your booking. No extra fees for Saturdays, Sundays are closed.

Return:
The return of the vehicle to our depot is to occur between 8.30 a.m. and 11.30 a.m. Changes are only possible if arrangements have been made beforehand. If the vehicle is returned after 12:00 p.m., an extra day will be charged. If the renter will be later, we are to be notified as soon as possible. The vehicle is to be returned clean and washed with empty holding tanks and full gasoline and propane tanks. Complimentary transfers to the airport or downtown are easily arranged (for rental 10 days and more only).

Please note the complimentary transfers does not apply to short term rentals under 10 days.

Transfers:

Transfers to and from our property are offered free of charge for rentals 10 days or longer. Happy Holidays will arrange for a taxi to meet you at the Vancouver airport or a Vancouver hotel, and bring you to the FERRY TERMINAL in HORSESHOEBAY (just past West Vancouver). After a short and very beautiful ferry ride, we will meet you at the FERRY TERMINAL (Langdale/Sunshine Coast) with your motorhome. After you have returned the vehicle to us, we will arrange for a taxi to take you back to Vancouver. => The ferry crossing over here at pick up will be reimbursed to you, the ferry going back is free. However, the ferry when bringing the MH back to us will be at your expense.

If your flight arrives in Vancouver before 3 p.m, you may transfer directly from the airport to our property. If your flight arrives later, you will need to make your own arrangements to spend that night in a hotel, and the taxi will pick you up from there the following morning.

We invite you to a FREE Ferry ride to the Sunshine Coast (http://www.sunshinecoastcanada.com). 1000’s of guests are enjoying this ride through our paradise. Relax before you pick up your motorhome.
